To be quite honest, Webcam Video Capture is a pretty low value product which promises to record video from webcam sources, yet doesn't always pull it off with many users reporting issues with being asked to upgrade to versions which are either non-existent or simply not yet released.
With that said, this program promises to capture from a variety of video sources and allows you to save the end-result videos as AVI or WMV files which are both universally playable on PCs.
